Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

  • The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your account within 1 minute of payment confirmation by the processor.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM10. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the account holder's name.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special cases approved by the Slot Bonus operations team.
  • Slot Bonus reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes, not exceeding 72 hours under normal circumstances. You will be informed if a review is required.

Bonus & Promotions

  • All bonuses and promotions at Slot Bonus are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page. Those specific terms form part of this agreement.
  • Wagering requirements vary by bonus type: Welcome Bonus between 20x–30x, Sports Bonus between 15x–25x, and Cashback Bonus between 5x–10x of the bonus amount received.
  • Each bonus has a set validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date it is credited. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically.
  • Each bonus may only be used once per player, account, IP address, device, identification number, and residential address, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
  • Slot Bonus reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or any attempt to unfairly circumvent bonus conditions.
  • Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be transferred to your cash balance once the wagering requirements have been fully met. Withdrawals are only permitted after this condition is satisfied.
  • Wagers on certain games may contribute less than 100% towards bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game is stated on the relevant promotions page.
Warning: Accounts found to be using multi-account betting strategies or coordinated wagering to meet bonus requirements may be subject to account closure and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Game Rules

  • All slots at Slot Bonus use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently certified by third-party auditing bodies. The outcome of every spin is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
  • For Sports Betting, all wagers must be confirmed before the match kicks off (for pre-match bets) or before the specific event being wagered on occurs (for in-play bets).
  • Slot Bonus reserves the right to void and refund bets if a match is postponed, cancelled, or played under conditions that differ from those published (e.g., venue change, crowd attendance, etc.).
  • Game results recorded by the Slot Bonus system are final. Results may only be disputed where a verifiable technical error is evidenced by the system's recorded data.
  • The use of automated software (bots), unauthorised technical aids, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal prosecution.
  • For live casino, the outcome of the live dealer is final once the round has concluded. Any technical issues occurring during an active round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's standard procedures.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself. Slot Bonus reserves the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice.
For Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and MPL Malaysia esports, all results are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant sporting bodies. Results based on preliminary or unofficial statistics are not accepted.

Inactive Accounts & Termination

  • Accounts that show no activity (login, deposit, or wagering) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as an inactive account.
  • Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of RM5 per month or the total account balance – whichever is lower. Slot Bonus will send an email notice 30 days before the fee begins to apply.
  • You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (after any permitted deductions) will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Slot Bonus reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or any conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other users.
  • Should an account be closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation committed.
  • After a self-requested account closure, you may reopen your account within 90 days by contacting customer support. After 90 days, the account will be permanently deleted.
If your account is terminated due to multi-account use or fraudulent activity, all balances associated with those accounts will be forfeited and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
